METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-in: the rooms are available after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

Taxes are included in the price.
Extra bed costs €10,50 per night.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellations we will charge 50% of your total stay on your credit card. Aditional person pay 10.50€ per night En caso de cancelación le cargaremos el 50% del total de la estancia en su tarjeta de crédito. Persona adicional: 10,50 Euros/noche
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
