HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
Coming from the North: take A1 motorway until Napoli. Then, after the payment, take Napoli-Salerno A3 motorway, and take Castellammare exit.
Then follow signs to Positano.
Once in Positano follow the one way road on your right hand side leading down towards the centre. After about 700mt you will find Parking Milano on your left hand side. Here you can park your car (subject to charges) and we have a porter who will help you with the luggage to the hotel.

Coming from the South: take either route SS.163 Amalfitana or Salerno Naples motorway to Castellammare di Stabia.

By train
The most convenient railway station in Naples is Napoli Centrale, where on a lower level you can get a Circumvesuviana local train to Sorrento; buses for Positano leave from the square in front of Circumvesuviana station at Sorrento.

By airplane
If you arrive at Naples Capodichino airport, take a taxi or a bus to Circumvesuviana station, and follow the above said indications. We suggest you to organize a private transfer to the hotel.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations can be canceled 7 days before arrival day. Failing this the price of one night stay will be charged to your account.
