A 3 bedroom/2 bath home with private screened-in pool; it sleeps up to 8 people using existing bedding plus a pull-out couch. The master bedroom has a double bed and private bathroom. Second and third bedrooms have either 2 twins or 2 full beds. The living room, with cable TV and VCR or DVD, has a double sofa bed. The house was beautiful; however, it had a really awful ant problem. My first day there I decided to sit out by the pool and relax when I was interupted with an ant biting me on my foot! The next day after coming home from the park one of the beds was covered with ants, so we were unable to use that room. After the information was reported a gentleman did show up to treat the ant problem which was coming from the garage. The other problem was that I didn't have an access code and was locked out (now that was bad)I waited until someone else was entering and followed behind them. If those two problems would not have existed it would have been a wonderful stay because the house was beautiful and accomodating.

The house was pretty nice. We even got an additional bed and bath over what we reserved. The place was reasonably, though not perfectly clean. There was a nice kitchen with everything but dish towels, a kitchen table, formal dining room, living room with cable TV (though the sofas were very worn and uncomfortable). The location was VERY close to Disney World. Be careful of extra charges though!!! There's a cleaning fee to watch out for. The listing says you get a VCR or DVD player included. It isn't included. You have to pay extra for that! You get the pool, but if you want it heated you have to pay extra for that too. You also have to wash your own towels before you go or they charge you extra. I definitely agree with the other reviews that complain about the staff. The lockbox for access to the house had not been set when we arrived and it took a couple of HOURS to get someone on the phone, nevermind to come let us in. Overall, the house is great way to go if you don't mind doing a little laundry and cleaning and you want to have multiple rooms for a larger group of people. The separate rooms are great when you need a break from others after an exhaustingly fun day at Disney. Just reserve knowing that there's basically no support from the staff and be sure to leave yourself extra time to get in the house.

The villa was very good. However, the personnel never responded a single phone call. We left more than 10 messages...not one was returned. We were only called the day we were leaving, with rather rude manners. A real pity, because the house was very good. I called a day after leaving to request a small charger of pocket pc I left behind be sent via UPS to Miami. They stated a U$50 dollar charge has to be paid in advance, aside from all UPS charges. They were rude and totally unhelpful. Yes the house, erase Vacation Homes personnel.

The management company was not helpful and refused to provide actual pictures of the house. After numerous calls and e-mails, the only information they would provide about the house was the address and a code to the lockbox. The bill that was e-mailed to me from the management company nearly a week after our stay did not even provide a breakdown of the charges, even though the amount charged was $137 more than the "Total Amount" stated on Venere's reservations page. It was only after I sent and e-mail and made a phone call to them that the management company e-mailed me a detailed explanation for the additional charges. The house was clean. However, the furniture showed a lot of "wear and tear", especially the sofa and loveseat. The bed in the master bedroom was a complete disaster. The mattress and padding provided no support what-so-ever and should have been tossed out years ago. The kids did love the pool. The location was fairly close to Disney World and there were restaurants and places like Wal-mart and Wal-greens close by. In the future, we might use Verene again, but we will forever avoid the management company posing as Villa Luxury Pool Homes and will fervently encourage friends, relatives, co-workers and anyone else that we can reach to do the same.

Please proceed directly to the offices of the Luxury Pool Homes for registration, key pick up and directions to your vacation home.

From Orlando International Airport:
Take the South Exit and follow Highway 417 (toll-road) south to Osceola Parkway. Travel west on Osceola Parkway to Interstate 4 West. Take I-4 to Exit 64B, which will put you heading west on Highway 192. On US Highway 192 West travel approximately 6 miles/9.6 km. The entrance to the Summerbay Shopping Center is on your right. The Luxury Pool Homes check-in office is located in Suite 13.

From Interstate 95:
Take Interstate 4 West to Exit 64B, which will put you heading west on US Highway 192. Continue on US Highway 192 West for approximately 6 miles/9.6 km. The entrance to the Summerbay Shopping Center is on your right. The Luxury Pool Homes check-in office is located in Suite 13.

From Interstate 75:
Take the Florida Turnpike South to Exit 289 for US 27 South. Continue on US Highway 27 South to US Highway 192 East. The entrance to the Summerbay Shopping Center is 1/2 mile (800 metres) ahead on your left. The Luxury Pool Homes check-in office is located in Suite 13.

HOTEL POLICIES

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the accommodations are available after 4 p.m. The check-in office is located at 17445 US Highway 192, Suite 13, Summerbay Shopping Center, Clermont (Florida). Guests should call Luxury Pool Homes at 1-800-995-9321 at least 48 hours prior to arrival, so they can receive detailed driving directions to the house and the lockbox code for their key.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the accommodations not later than 11 a.m.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Local tax is not included in the price.
Parking is included in the price.
Small pets (up to 40 pounds/18 kilos) are admitted against a non-refundable fee of $150.00 for the first pet and $75.00 for each additional pet; pet friendly homes must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.
For reservations of less than a 5-night stay, a departure cleaning fee will be added onto the reservation. The departure cleaning fee depends on the unit type and size.
There is a $50.00 Property Protection fee for all reservations.
Your bill will have to be settled 30 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded of any pre-payment, minus 1 night's rent and $65 PPF(Property Protection Fee). Cancellations received less than 30 days, but more than 7 days prior to arrival will receive 50% of any pre-payment, minus 1 night's rent and $65 PPF. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations received within 7 days of arrival. We NEED a deposit of 1 night and $65 PPF. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
