These homes are fully furnished and equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, modern kitchen with all appliances, full size washer & dryer, bed linens and towels, telephone and high-speed Internet access (in select accommodations).

The house was pretty nice. We even got an additional bed and bath over what we reserved. The place was reasonably, though not perfectly clean. There was a nice kitchen with everything but dish towels, a kitchen table, formal dining room, living room with cable TV (though the sofas were very worn and uncomfortable). The location was VERY close to Disney World.
Be careful of extra charges though!!! There's a cleaning fee to watch out for. The listing says you get a VCR or DVD player included. It isn't included. You have to pay extra for that! You get the pool, but if you want it heated you have to pay extra for that too. You also have to wash your own towels before you go or they charge you extra. I definitely agree with the other reviews that complain about the staff. The lockbox for access to the house had not been set when we arrived and it took a couple of HOURS to get someone on the phone, nevermind to come let us in. Overall, the house is great way to go if you don't mind doing a little laundry and cleaning and you want to have multiple rooms for a larger group of people. The separate rooms are great when you need a break from others after an exhaustingly fun day at Disney. Just reserve knowing that there's basically no support from the staff and be sure to leave yourself extra time to get in the house.

The villa was very good. However, the personnel never responded a single phone call. We left more than 10 messages...not one was returned. We were only called the day we were leaving, with rather rude manners. A real pity, because the house was very good. I called a day after leaving to request a small charger of pocket pc I left behind be sent via UPS to Miami. They stated a U$50 dollar charge has to be paid in advance, aside from all UPS charges. They were rude and totally unhelpful.

The management company was not helpful and refused to provide actual pictures of the house. After numerous calls and e-mails, the only information they would provide about the house was the address and a code to the lockbox. The bill that was e-mailed to me from the management company nearly a week after our stay did not even provide a breakdown of the charges, even though the amount charged was $137 more than the "Total Amount" stated on Venere's reservations page. It was only after I sent and e-mail and made a phone call to them that the management company e-mailed me a detailed explanation for the additional charges. The house was clean. However, the furniture showed a lot of "wear and tear", especially the sofa and loveseat. The bed in the master bedroom was a complete disaster. The mattress and padding provided no support what-so-ever and should have been tossed out years ago. The kids did love the pool. The location was fairly close to Disney World and there were restaurants and places like Wal-mart and Wal-greens close by. In the future, we might use Verene again, but we will forever avoid the management company posing as Villa Luxury Pool Homes and will fervently encourage friends, relatives, co-workers and anyone else that we can reach to do the same.
