Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and conventional oven, refrigerator and ice-maker, a comfortable dining area, and one or two beautifully appointed living areas.

Amenities in each villa include a splendid private heated swimming pool and pool deck with lounge chairs, air conditioning, credit card operated telephones, cable TV, security safes, washers and dryers.

All bed and bath linen (including pool towels) are provided.

Homes will be cleaned prior to arrival. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a nominal fee.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From Orlando International Airport:
Upon Leaving Orlando International Airport follow the signs for South Exit-Kissimmee onto the 417 Greenway. Take 417 South for approximately 12 miles/19 km to exit number 2 signedposted Celebration. Turn right off the exit and continue for approximately 1 mile/1.6 km to Highway 192, then head west for about 9 miles/14.5 km. Merge onto US-27 South (left side of the road) toward Haines City. Highlands Reserve will be approximately 4 miles/6.5 km ahead on the right. Turn right onto Highlands Reserve Blvd, then left onto Troon Circle.
Before departing for your Villa please ensure that you have at least $5.00 to cover tolls. At all toll booths use the Green Lane marked Change and Receipts.

HOTEL POLICIES

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the villas are available at anytime after 4 p.m. Upon complete payment of your reservation, you will be sent detailed information on how to check-in, which includes a lock box code for access to house keys. A staff member will call past to collect a module that has been left in your home the morning after your arrival (between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. - except on Sundays and Public Holidays). For difficulties and emergencies, a 24 hour contact number can be found in the information guide left in each home.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the villas not later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancellation is done less than 7 days prior to arrival we will charge the client for 50% of the total amount. LOCAL TAXES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
