Main objection is that room was so small and there was no place to put suitcases. No luggage rack was available. I thought shower smelled like mildew. The restraunt employees were very friendly. The tapas were good but pricey for what you got, but the oatmeal for breakfast ws very good and very reasonable. Suggestions for eating given by main desk were good.

This was a very small European sized room, but was very well appointed and comfortable. It was also quiet and our room was on the street. My only complaint was that the window did not open. The location is excellent at the foot of Beacon hill and walking distance to Faneuil Hall and the North End. We will choose this place again.

A very good buisness hotel, with excellent location and rooms in spotless condition. I was upgraded,as the room size booked was not availiable. The clerk informed me that the room originally booked was very small indeed and congratulated me on the change = "Classic double" would not be ideal for a longer stay.

Bad experience and wouldn't recommend. Requested double room - got extremely SMALL single. Comforter stained and sheets seemed itchy and not clean. When I left room ( and didn't have any luggage due to airline misplacing my luggage), the cleaning lady assumed I checked out and promptly removed my books, food and toiletries that I had purchased while awaiting my bags. When I was allowed back in my room, there was dirty linen and a used condom wrapper - didn't think it could get much worse. Noise unbelievable with some sort of party until early hours of the morning then awoken by woman screaming at 7am as she was trapped in an elevator. FIre departemnt summoned. Hard to believe it all happened. It was my Boston nightmare....
Best thing about hotel was the location. Very convenient to T and Faneuil Hall.

I have no problem in recommending the Bulfinch Hotel to anyone. It was a great stay, hotel was great and only 5 mins away from Quincy Market etc. Also handy to the Beacon Hill area (really quaint area). 2mins away from the North Station Garden (where Boston Bruins and I presume, Boston Celtics play). Already got one friend to book the Bulfinch for their trip

The main thing I am upset with was the price quoted. The price was way off, I'm talking like a hundred dollars more. Being a college student, the price is the most important information because we are on strict budgets. I was very mad on the cost of the hotel. It was very OVERRATED!!! I would recommend no one to stay at this hotel.
