The Lenox is in an ideal location and provides excellent value compared to other hotels in the area. It is small and has character - some might balk at the overly ornate decor in the public areas, but the hotel clean and very comfortable and the rooms are much more soothing. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to accommodate our every request. We ended up staying an additional 3 nights, although the website had indicated there were no rooms available. Other guests include movie stars, international tourists and locals - all quiet and polite. I would definitely recommend the Lenox.
