    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By car
    From London and the East: take the M4 and exit at Junction 17, signposted Chippenham. Then take the second exit at the Roundabout A350, again signposted Chippenham. At the Malmesbury Road Roundabout, take the second exit signposted A350. At the next roundabout (Badger) proceed on A350. At the Brook Roundabout continue on A350, then at the next roundabout (Bumpers Farm), junction with A420, take the third exit A350 Warminster. At the next roundabout (Chequers), junction with A4, take the third exit signposted A4 Bath and go straight across the set of traffic lights at Cross Keys Public House. At the next roundabout, signposted Pickwick, continue straight and after approximately 0.9 miles/1.6 km turn left into Leafy Lane, signposted Hawthorne, West Wells, Neston. Then turn immediately right into the Rudloe Hall Hotel driveway.

    From the West: take the M4 and exit at Junction 18. At the roundabout take the third exit A46 (south) signposted Bath. Follow A46 towards Bath for approximately 8 miles/12.8 km until you reach the junction with the A4. Proceed forward at this junction signposted A4 Chippenham (do not take the direction A4 to Bath). At the next roundabout, junction with A363, take the second exit signposted A4 Chippenham. After approximately 4 miles/6.4 km on the A4 go through a village called Box. At the top of the hill turn right into Leafy Lane, signposted Hawthorne, West Well, Neston, and then turn immediately right into the Rudloe Hall Hotel driveway.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in:     the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    When you make the reservation, a 33% deposit is taken from your credit card. If you cancel, the deposit is forfeit, but it may be refunded if you rebook a room. If you do not cancel 3 days prior, you will be charged the full amount.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 3 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
