Very lovely hotel in row of townhouses. Large room beautifully decorated. Great breakfast included. Easy walk to central part of town. Very friendly innkeepers. Town was much more than expected. large room, small bathroom, no tub/small shower (in our room, not sure of others). Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed in the single room which was lovely but as it stated quite small
The parking was free as was the internet, with a lovely breakfast and a 5 minute walk from the centre of bath making it ideal for my stay. Would definately stay here again.
