This was a fabulous deal and a lovely apartment. Both of our hosts were helpful and eager to assist us with any needs during our stay in Venice. The apartment even came with a Prosecco, and the kitchen was well-stocked. Overall, it is an excellent option.

We were told this was a hotel when booking and the room was a seperate apartment. Check in took at least 40 mins as the lady had to plug in a Visa card terminal. After a long trip getting there the last thing you want is to spend 40 minutes checking in and we just made dinner for 11pm as most places shut down by 10.

il posto e' carino, pulito anche se la strada per raggiungerlo non facile e isolata. Consiglierei tuttavia di riservare solo la suite ambra poiche'nella suite selva la cucina praticamente non esiste a differenza di quanto segnalato sul sito internet.

The map given on the web is not clear enough to find the place. If rooms are for non-smokers, they must show it on the web. They did not clean up the room during the stay. Is that normal? For the rest, the location of the room is perfect (very centric)

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the highway, follow the indications to Venezia centro and then to Piazzale Roma, where there are parking facilities. Take vaporetto number 1 to the Rialto stop and walk from there.

By train
From Santa Lucia railway station, take vaporetto number 1 to the Rialto stop and walk from there.

By airplane
From Venice airport, take the bus to Piazzale Roma, change to vaporetto number 1, get off at Rialto and walk from there.
