In a restored building, L'Affittacamere II Pozzo is provided of conditioned air, Heating, single and matrimonial rooms with private bath, T.V. and use from kitchen in common, apartment with kitchen/ stay, room, bath and T.V. Satellitare, local for carriers handicap, parking and garden.

It was not bad, but we had a 20 eu difference with another property located nearer Siena, that offered a breakfast, and had a wonderful view (Il Pettir...). So, price - quality, this hotel was the most expensive of our holidays. And if I had to choose, I would go to the other one.
Apart from those details, the owner was very friendly, always tried to help us / recommend us things.
It was ok, although the area is not as nice as one expect from Siena / Tuscany. In fact, it is a more industrial area. If you are on a budget trip, you can stay there.

from now on we have a base every time we need to visit tuscany. Despite the fact that il pozzo is situated right on the main road (very convenient), it was very quiet.

A hotel situé à la sortie de sienne, trop trop bruyant; Il est au bord de la nationale, et nous n'avons pas pu dormir pdt 2 jours.

No bed and breakfast, but just an excellent appartment to your disposal on 20 mins from Center of Siena. Very kind people and no problems whatsoever. Perfect price/quality.

Great value for the price. Large, clean and air-conditioned rooms, very nice and helpful owners...
Conveniently located but can be difficult to find if you don't arrive directly from Sienna. Also, located on a somewhat busy road.

This was one of the best hotels for your money. The room was very spacious, quiet and charming. The hotel is a perfect place to relax and get away from the tourist crowds. It's located about 15 minutes outside of Siena, which was easily accessible by bus. If you're looking for action and city life though, this hotel will be too remote for you.

We appreciated their patience with our lack of Italian and their genuine interest in our excursions. We became friends and it was like coming home each day. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
