Sorrounded by vineyards and olive groves extending as far as the eye can see "Antica Dimora " is the ideal place for special travellers who want to taste the charm of the tuscan countryside and breathe the atmosphere of other times . Besides "Antica Dimora" is the ideal point of departure for trips by car or walking tours.
Guests can also use the kitchen and the table in the lounge, which are particularly
useful for groups that occupy all the rooms and want to prepare lunch or dinner.
Then, in front of "Antica Dimora" we have a piece of land where
there are same car-parks reserved to our guests.

At the first floor of " Antica Dimora " there are four double rooms opening on a large lounge dominated by an ancient fireplace made of carved stone, in front of which our guests can linger. Guests can choose among the different bedrooms distinguished by the typical flowers of the tuscan countryside: SUNFLOWER, ROSE, GLICINE and JASMINE.
Each bedroom, provided with satellite TV, ventilator and private bathroom with shower, is furnished with antique objects and art and craft works; the rooms are also enriched with precious details such as a canvas reproducing Botticelli's Venere….
At the ground floor of " Antica Dimora "we are finishing the restoration of some flats of different dimensions provided with equipped kitchen, indipendent entrance and private heating.

The Antica Dimora was a very accomodating B&B, with nearby (free) parking. Breakfast was served at our requested time, and the kitchen/dining facilities were well stocked. We were able to use the refrigerator for our personal items. The inn is surrounded by vinyards and olive groves, and it was well kept. One negative note-the toilet tank in our room took a half hour to refill after a flush, and there was no one there to speak with to have it repaired. The owner/manager was there to check us in and to collect the rent, but not otherwise.

Excellent, well renovated antique setting. Owner is helpful and polite. Parking is off-site and SanDonato is small and away from it all.

lots of charm, decorated with a lot of taste, fully renovated, very close to san gimignano : the perfect place to saty when you want to visit the chianti area !

as in case of no-show, we'll charge 100% of the total
amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 15 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
