This hotel claims to be 10 minutes from a metro stop. It was more like 25 minutes from any metro stop! The inn was nice but in very akward location. The inn's price was very high like the rest of Italy and Rome. The inn had plenty of cold water but very little hot water; fine if you don't want to take a shower. Also when I would try to drink tap water the water would be very hot. The plumbing was very inadequate. I could recommend this inn only to a person who wants Piazza Piave to be their highlight of Rome.

I really felt that the Domus Inn was wonderful place to stay! Our room was lovely, spacious and well appointed, the delightful continental breakfast was served at a time of our choosing in our room every morning, and most importantly, our hosts were most congenial and accommodating. I highly reccommend this well situated Inn to travelers as a most pleasant and reasonable place to stay.

This is a small and friendly hotel in a quiet part of the city within easy reach of the main historic sights in the city centre. It made the perfect base for a short break and we will definitely be back for a longer stay in the future. Highly recommended.

We found the Domus Inn as expected. Rooms almost identical to the photos. The one drawback is that different rooms are of different sizes, and we needed one of the larger to accomodate three people and were squashed into one of the smaller rooms. Building is going on next door, so not a quite hotel. ALthough friendly and clean, the one disappointment was the breakfast - the most boring breakfast we were served anywhere, and EXACTLY the same, day after day. But location is convenient, we felt we and our possessions were safe; good value for your money.

We were visiting Rome for the first time for a short break. We arrived quite late, but walked from Termini to the hotel. We found via Velletri on the map, but walked past the entrance to Domus Inn - there is no sign sticking out, but a brass plaque by a large wooden door. The hotel is on the 4th floor with a very old, but efficient lift. Even though it was late we were welcomed warmly by Roxanne the receptionist/concierge and were shown to our room which was exactly as expected from the photos on the website. It was fairly spacious, very clean & new with nice furnishings. The room we stayed in had a shower rather than a bath (they have rooms with either) and the bathroom was modern, clean and everything worked well. Breakfast was brought to our room by a lady each morning and consisted of bread rolls, croissants, choice of hot drink, yoghurt and fruit juice. It was all fresh and nicely presented on a tray. Roxanne was extremely helpful (she speaks good English) and gave very good information on how to get around and which sights to visit. The hotel is located in a good area, with some good restaurants (recommended by Roxanne & her colleague) and eateries close by - much nicer than the area closely surrounding Termini. We walked to all the 'tourist' sites, except the Vatican where we took a bus, but walked back. All in all we had a very enjoyable, comfortable stay at Domus Inn - only small criticism would be the interior soundproofing in the rooms is not fantastic, though the rooms are double glazed to the outside and not noisy in this respect and the aircon was very efficient (we were unbelievably lucky with the weather and needed it even in November!). The bed was also quite hard, but looking at reviews of other hotels in Rome this seems to be quite common. Would definitely return to Domus Inn. Highly recommended, friendly, good value for money.

We absolutley enjoyed our stay at DomusInns. The location was excellent. The bus and Taxis station was near thus making it easy to go around different tourist attractions. We had meal at the resturante by the DomusInns. The price was reasonable and the food was excellent. We recommend DomusInns to anyone who is travelling to Rome. We recieved personal attention. It was far better than big chain hotel with comparable price tag.

A lovely small hotel in a good neighbourhood, not on the main tourist route. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. My only grumble, the website suggested that there were jacuzzi baths in all the rooms, my room only had a shower.
