Town House Suite WRH Trastevere - Rome

I would really recommend a stay at Trastevere! We stayed in the really spacious and nice room no 1, (computor and internet access, safteybox, minibar and loud sounds from the pipes when someone flushed the toilett)at WRH Trastevere(overlooking the house you can see in the pictures, as in almost all of the ads you see the house in view, not the house you're going to stay in). The location was great for example only half an hour walk to the Vatican, 20 min to the Colloseum, and in the evenings you had the best genuine cuisine in the surrounding area. The staff was really helpful guided us to the best restaurants, booked taxi to the airport (instead of the expensive shuttleservice). Breakfast in a nearby café was typically italian, and the staff there was friendly aswell. Trastevere and Rome is really worth a visit!

We had a lovely stay in Rome, it was our first time there and our first time in this guesthouse, we didnt really know what to expect but it was absolutely wonderful, would deffinately return, The breakfast in a local cafe was lovely, could not have asked for better.

I really enjoyed this hotel. The location was amazing! It is near great restaurants and a tram ride away from shops, transportation and a lot of the sites in Rome. I loved that there was internet available in the room to keep up on what is going on in the world. The rooms were very clean and modern. I was a little disappointed in the fact that there was not a 24hour desk service. The individuals left at 5:30 at night and came at 8:30 in the morning making it very difficult to ask any questions you need or request services. If there was ever a problem or you locked yourself out, there is no way of getting a hold of them. So in that regard it was not very comforting. We actually had an issue with a fuse that was blown and if was after the time the front desk people are there, so we had to figure it out ourselves and find the fuse box to switch it on. Also, there are no alarm clocks in the room and no front desk for a wake up call, and anyone with cell phones form the USA knows you do not get service in Italy. So it made it very difficult to make sure you would make your flight or even just get up to start touring around Rome. But again, the location is great and there is a lot to do in the area. But bring ear plugs because it is pretty noisy outside and you can also hear other guests in the hotel.
