TRAVELLED WITH 2 TEENAGED GRANDDAUGHTERS. THIS LOCATION CANNOT BE BEAT. AREA IS VERY SAFE. HOTEL ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. STAFF IS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. NO BREAKFAST BUT PRICE IS MORE THAN FAIR, ESPECIALLY WITH THIS LOCATION TO BOOT. GREAT NIGHTLIFE ON THE PIAZZA SO NEVER A DULL MOMENT WHEN IT'S "TOO LATE TO GO OUT". VERY QUIET WHEN WINDOWS ARE SHUT. 2 MIN WALK TO METRO WHICH WILL TAKE YOU TO COLOSSEUM, VATICAN OR TERMINI. 2-10 MINUTE WALK TO EVERYWHERE ELSE. NO NEED TO EVER TAKE TAXI. MCDONALDS 1 MIN. WALK. (KIDS LIKED THAT!), VIA CONDOTTI (GUCCI, YSL, $$$$ STORES) 1 MIN. WALK. DEFINITELY BUY A ROMAPASS! I WILL ONLY STAY HERE WHEN VISITING ROME. THE ONLY REGRET YOU'LL HAVE IS THAT YOU DIDN'T BOOK A ROOM HERE.

We were on holidays with the family. Location and info. posted on the web was all correct. The attention and competency of the staff was excellent as well. Only one complaint, the A/C system did not work that well. Also TV should have cable TV with more and english variety

Service and location outstanding. We traveled with young babies and they were very accommodating and helpful. View of Spanish steps. Room was small but big enough for two cribs and large bed. Price was lower than similar hotels in Rome but rather high in US$. Overall a lovely experience.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our 25th anniversary Italy trip and could not have been more pleased. I've been around the world a few times as an Air Force/Pan Am/United Pilot, and have seldom been as happy with a hotel experience. We were literally 50 feet from the Spanish Steps, the hub of Rome for sight-seeing and shopping. Alex, the manager, bent over backwards to make our stay a delight, even offering to call around and make dinner reservations for us while we explored the city. You can't go wrong by choosing this hotel!

This place is fantastic if you don't require a full-service hotel. It feels more like a pied de terre (no night clerk, limited common areas, no restaurant, small number of rooms). The location is superb for sightseers, the quality of finish is equivalent to a luxury hotel, the staff is great. This is my new first choice in Rome.

Everything was perfect. However the beds were nt so comfortable for our back.

Excellent staff, we found Alex at the reception during all our stay and he is very kind, welcoming,frendly and professional. Looking forward to going back!

Onepair had a standard double room and we, luckily, had a triple which had a sofa in place of the third bed. The sofa and extra space made a huge difference as the other room has probably marginally smaller than a "standard" hotel room. The cleanliness and standards were excellent and staff extremely helpful. There is free internet access and storage of bags after check-out time. Relais Pierret is effectively right on the Spanish Steps which draws large crowds but the bedroom glazing kept out all noise. I would highly recommend this Town House & would stay again if I return to Rome

Hotel location was within walking distance of all the major sights. The hotel was great in every way, except we had to walk up two flights of stairs with heavy suitcases. The price is high, but made our stay in Rome memorable. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Rome.

It is a great place to be in the heart of the city. We love it in spite of some shortcomings. During off season the prices are affordable, but from March to November are just too high since no service (breakfast room, lounge) is available.
