Not my first stay. For some reason our 2 booked rooms were not available so we were given alternative rooms, one room in a nearby 'design hotel' & the other (double) was across the road in a spacious studio. The studio was very quiet in location, spotlessly cleaned each day (but very strong smelling cleaning fluid or spray) & friendly on time breakfast delivery. But NO telephone/internet access available in room, no lift & outside lighting on stairs to room not functioning for 2 nights (safety risk), also no iron available - which is needed for business guests altho laundry service was offered as an alternative at desk. Helpful efficient ordering of driver airport service organised at desk.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring-road, connected to all incoming highways, follow the indications to Roma centro and then to Via Veneto. It is forbidden to enter the area where the hotel is located by car, so guests can park their car in the Ludovisi garage; once arrived in Via Veneto take via Ludovisi where the garage is located.

By train
From the Roma Termini railway station, take underground line A and get off at Spagna, take via del Babuino, the B&B is a 2-minute walk from there.

By airplane
From the Fiumicino international airport, take the Leonardo Express train to Termini and follow the aforementioned indications.
From the Ciampino international airport, take the bus to Anagnina, then underground line A to Spagna.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from noon. It is necessary to arrive at the property not later than 10 p.m. Later arrivals should be communicated.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 11 a.m.

Garage is not included in the price and costs around €18,00 for 24 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers can cancel reservations with no charge up to 4.00 pm (CET), 4 days before their scheduled arrival. If fail to arrive or cancel later than 3 days prior to their scheduled arrival, the credit card will be debited the total cost of reservation
