Had a very nice two night stay. Once you arrive odds are that Valerio will welcome you nd if he's there you can expect the finest service. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating and makes you feel as if your staying at a friends house in Rome.

We book a double room so we were expecting a king or queen size bed. Big mistake, we were given two twin beds arranged in a way to look like a king size bed. Problem is, beds have frames, and these beds have edgy solid frames that run all around the mattresses, and are actually higher than the mattresses so we felt like sleeping in two cradles. Oh, and when we entered in the room the beds were covered by a king size duvet, which hid the frames... so not a great idea to jump onto the bed... as my ribs promptly discovered... yours are warned! Other things: the shower was so encrusted with water dirts that the water came out of only 3-4 holes at incredible speed and pressure. Quite painful. If you try to reduce the pressure, expect to rinse off drop by drop... There is a small table in the room with a PC on it. When we switched on ours, we were requested to enter the Windows installation disk to run Windows XP... Unfortunately we didn´t have one with us so no internet for us. The rooms are actually bedrooms of two contiguous apartment and are very minimalistic in furniture. I liked it very much, but now I finally understand why real hotel rooms are usually so filled up with furniture, curtains, carpets, and decorations: it is to insulate room from outside noise! From our room we could actually hear the neighbors whispering and of course all the guests walking down the corridor. Breakfast is served in the bar downstairs and consists of: one croissant, one cappuccino or espresso, one juice. It is not written on your coupon but you can get a sandwich as well; when we asked for it we were told there was only one left, a salami+eggs one. If you are lucky, you can get in the bar and actually find a table, otherwise you have to have all your breakfast standing. If you are super lucky, within 10 minutes somebody will also clean the table for you. Finally two words about the people running the place. We were requested by email first and then by telephone to confirm our a

A third floor room in a suite of 6 - there is a kitchen annex available to guests. The host arranges to meet you at the property and simply it is like a typical Roman hotel minus the front desk. Very convenient to Train station. Nice room, modern furnishing and bathroom, lcd tv, continental breakfast in small busy café next door. Very reasonable, I would have stayed the next week but they were booked out. Will stay again.

For me was very important the security of the sourrounding of the hotel, because we were two girls alone. The location was very dangerous specially at night..we had fear even to go out for dinner, and we had to take a taxi to come back. The taxi by the way wasn't very expensive. The bar for the breakfast didn't look like very good. I think that I don't come back in WRH termini.

With the exception of not having any hot water, I was completely satisfied with my one night stay at WRH Termini. I had originally stated that we would arrive in the early afternoon, but due to a change in travel plans (we decided to drive via Pisa, rather than take the train), we arrived after 8:00 PM. Umberto was waiting for us and was most helpful. In the morning we informed him about the lack of hot water, and we were promptly sent to a superior WRH location in Trastevere. Our taxi trip was paid for, and we didn't have to pay anything extra for the new location. Gioberto at the Trastevere location was the perfect host. We cannot say enough good things about him. He helped us out with every aspect of our stay, and I can honestly say that he made our Rome visit as enjoyable as it was. We stayed 3 nights in Rome (1 at WRH Termini and 2 at WRH Trastevere). Needless to stay, we would definitely stay at either of these locations on our next visit. Thanks again Gioberto and Umberto.
