Donnalbinia 7 ia a superb B&B. A great repreive from chaotic Naples. The owner was very helpful. The Venere directions of how to get there by train were wrong which was distressing but hopefully that has been fixed. This was the only problem that I had with the property. Also it is hard to find on the street, just a Green door with a doorbell for the B&B, I was expecting something more obvious. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy. Rooms were roomy, completely modern, clean, quiet and comfortable.

Simple but new, stylish rooms. Clean. No other rooms to hang arround, free internet, small breakfast but they bring it in your room. Most of the times there was no staff and when there was someone, she didnt speak any other languages than italian. Altogether a little expensive for what you get.

Overall, I think it is a good choice. The staff is really friendly and the location is not bad quite close to the port. The breakfast could be improved and the room wasn't exactly clean, but nothing dramatic though.

We had a hearty welcome, the room was very comfortable;it is situated in the historical part of Naples, near the Central post-office of the City; our room had double windows, and that was lovely because via Monteoliveto is a busy street. The modern decorationof the rooms is beautiful.the only drawback was that the cups for breakfast were very small and we did not have spare water for our tea. Italian coffee needs only small cups!

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL

By car
From the motorway, exit at Napoli zona portuale, Napoli centro and follow the street for 2 km until you reach Municipio square. Then on your right take via Medina until the end and after via Monteoliveto: the fourth street on the right on via Monteoliveto is via Donnalbina.

By train
From the Napoli centrale railway station in piazza Garibaldi, take the subway line 2 and get off at Montesanto or catch the bus line R2 and get off at via Medina. The Bed & Breakfast is situated only 50 meters away.

By airplane
From Napoli Capodichino airport, catch the brand new Alibus shuttle service at a cost of only €3,00. It will take you directly to piazza Municipio, then walk along via Medina until you reach the beginning of via Monteoliveto, 50 metres from the Bed & Breakfast.

It is possible to park in the nearby private garage, subject to charge.
