Wengen, the car-free year-round resort is located on a wind-protected and sunny natural terrace (1274m / 4180ft) at the foot of the Jungfrau mountain. We have a rather informal house and offer 40 single and double rooms, surrounded by intact nature.

Hotel in beautiful setting, mainly frequented by the 'older' visitor, most of whom are British. This is a 'silent' hotel, so not a disco destination. Our 15 year old thought it was boring.

HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
Geneva International Airport
Take the highway in the direction of Lausanne, then Bern. From Bern go to Interlaken, and then Lauterbrunnen. At Lauterbrunnen, leave the car at the parking lot of the station and take the train to Wengen. Trains run about every 25 minutes during the day, every hour from 8 p.m. to midnight. It will take you about 15 minutes.
Zurich Airport
Follow the highway towards Bern. From Bern go to Interlaken, and then Lauterbrunnen. At Lauterbrunnen, leave the car at the parking lot of the station and take the train to Wengen. Trains run about every 25 minutes during the day, every hour from 8 p.m. midnight. It will take you about 15 minutes.
By train
From the station at the airport there are trains to Interlaken East, direct or with a connection at Bern. At Interlaken East is the connection to the local train network (Berner Oberland Bahn) with trains to Lauterbrunnen, then Wengen. On the train platform at Lauterbrunnen is a hotel board with a direct line to the hotel. Please use this phone to announce your arrival.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
CANCELLATION POLICY
Im Fall einer Stornierung nach dem angegebenen Datum
berechnen wir 50%. In case of cancellation after the given
date we will charge the client for 30% of the total amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
