we suggest you the following:

From airport:

Follow the signs from within the airport "ai treni" which will direct you to the train tracks;

A train ticket to Termini is about 11 euro. Board on the non-stop train that goes to Roma Termini.
Trains leave every 30 minutes at 7 and 37 minutes after the hour;

Exit at the end of the line and you'll be at Roma Termini train station.

From Termini Station:

From the station you can either take a cab, which should cost about 7-10 euro or you can take
the metro (subway). If you go by metro, take the blue line 2 and stop at “Colosseo”,
get out and cross the street towards the Colosseum. Circle it from right to left until you reach the steps or the ramp.
Go up to the street level, in front you will see 3 different streets starting, Via Capo d’Africa
is the most right one cross the street and take that one, the building is number 19
(around 25 meters down the street on the right side);
