Really liked the accomodation although thought that there could have been better towels and some bathroom accessories provided. There was no hairdryer or soap offered. Also would have been more welcoming if there had been some tea and coffee and milk on arrival. Some weird noises during the night!!!

Over priced breakfast plus a 25 Euro a day charge for the TV and Radio's is exsessive, when you've paid that price for the room!!!
The staff were pleasant but didn't really ask if we needed any assistance durring our stay.

I have only one complaint about this hotel. There was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room and if we needed a coffee at any time we had to pay for it, unlike other hotels we have stayed in especially when it was graded as a four star hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent position for people arriving by train - as we did. It's very close to the City's main square with plenty of restaurants nearby and close access to bus stops for the short journey to the seafront.
A City well worth the visit and a friendly and helpful hotel staff.
Breakfast on the expensive side and price was higher than quoted on our Venere.com quotation.

It was a fine hotel for a January visit at ca. €100 euro per night for the room in a decent location near the Main railway station. The breakfast is pricey and we only ate there once. There is an excellent restaurant across the street for evening meals called the 'Don Juan'.

We fancied a weekend away before staying at home for Christmas. We chose this hotel as it was centrally located and seemed to be reasonable quality. The hotel was very nice. The room was very large and well appointed. The staff were very attentive. Valencia is a lovely city and we had a great weekend.
One thing the hotel could look to improve is the bar. It was deserted all the time we were there. Perhaps if they make an effort to make it more inviting, guests would stay in for a drink or have a night cap.

Really nice hotel, perfectly located & very easy to get to from the airport. Rooms were very noisey ( not outside noise ) & breakfast was an extra 30 euro's, when we booked it said American breakfast included. This must mean you have to pay so watch out!

The hotel was as expected for a fairly run of the mill but pleasant and well located hotel.Breakfast was the usual familiar mix with good juice and poor coffee. When we arrived late however and looked nearby for a meal we happened on a restaurant just round to the right of the hotel with tables on the street where I had probably the worst meal of my life.Undercooked ,cold chips swimming in oil with a piece of half cooked chicken.I sent it back to be cooked and it came back just the same but colder. We were even charged for bread that we had not had.We should have refused to pay but it was the first night and we were tired so it was 30 euros wasted and a bad first immpression .The Tapas bar opposite was useful and quite good especially when the rain poured down.We had a lovely meal at the interesting Modern Art museum -real cooking, nicely served and cheap !

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very convenient to everything. Location is near to the rail station and to evening activities. You could walk to everything from this hotel. Service was good. Food was good, as well as the service. The room was spacious and lovely.

This hotel was just perfect. It was in a great location, close to lots of shops and the subway so we could get out of the downtown core and out to the beach. The staff was really friendly even though we don't speak any Spanish. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Valencia!

Excellent hotel in an ideal location two minutes from metro station (with direct link to the airport) and close to all city centre attractions. Staff were very helpful, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and service was good throughout. We stayed here twice this year and would choose this hotel again any time.

Advantages: a good hotel, not noisy, decent sized room and 4 piece tiled bathroom, good air-conditioning, not too expensive. Staff coped well with my arrival in the middle of the night. Would stay again and recommend to others.
Disadvantages: No free internet access, a little away from the historical centre, breakfast very expensive so I didn't opt for that.

I enjoyed my stay here, the room was cosy and pretty, in a perfect location with friendly staff.Although the rooms are not sound proof as i could hear people at 7am in the morning walking around above us(obviously in high heals!)that was a bit annoying. The fact that you needed to pay for the spa facilites in a four star hotel is very unusal and disappointing. Also to note that there is no iron available for customers which is only a basic requirement for any traveller and is normally facilitated in most hotels around the world but not here!
Other than those small hick ups i would recommend staying here for its modern and comfortable rooms with a great location.

The hotel was really great, I would highly recommend it to anyone. Its in a great location with access to restaurants, shops only a few streets away. I emailed the hotel from England asking if they could book us into Rias Gallegas restaurant (excellent food - include it in your 'Valencian must do's) which was not a problem at all. The style of the hotel is modern and unassuming and it is very very clean. I would definitely go back, its very good value for money. ps - the bathroom products are also really nice!!

Found Hotel to be excellent, staff in reception were helpful and pleasant, location could not be better two Mins from rail station, metro and Town Square. Almost everything is no more than 40 mins walk in the city centre.

The ONLY negative I would have to say about this property is that it was difficult to find the entrance when arriving by car. You actually have to drive down a NO entry street.
The hotel exceeded our expections- and I ama travel agent. This was a great find.

We had booked for 4 nights and requested a non-smoking room and were delighted to find we had been allocated a suite on the 1st floor. The rooms were excellent and we enjoyed the location, being in the centre of the old city amid the tourist area and all the restaurants.
We had a car so used the parking facility which was probably a bit expensive.
We would recommend this hotel as excellent value with very friendly staff, particularly in the restaurant. Couldn't understand an earlier comment about no milk at breakfast as we were given a jug of warm milk with the coffee at breakfast that was ample for the cereal too.

Very hard to find a more central location than this excellent hotel. An ideal base for exploring the beautiful city of Valencia. And a bus from just around the corner will also bring you to the Aquarium and Arts and Science museums.

The purpose of our trip was for a hen party and this hotel was perfect for this. Staff very helpful, location excellent and rooms clean. The only down points were that there were no iron or coffee facilities in room and bar in lobby disappointing. Small and only til midnight. All in all though i would recommend this hotel and would use again.

Quiet, pleasant room. All OK but breakfast not included which surprised me a little. Cheap cafes nearby, useful to have car parking available. Not as much included as other 4* hotels we've stayed in lately so consequently found it fairly expensive but pleasant hotel overall.

Great location superb room we were given a suite on the sixth floor for the same price (282euro)3nights great value. This did not include breakfast which was excellant a bit pricey @15euro a very good choice. There are lots of places for breakfast near the hotel at a lower cost but not the quality or quantity.
We woluld use this hotel again.

Not very good value for money - no tea making facilities in the room. The staff (not reception) were not very customer focused. The breakfast was a rip off. No milk was provided for cereals or tea/coffee. The cleaners/house keeper even reported we had used the mini bar so when we checked out we were presented with these additional charges. I was furious - beware they will try this one on everyone even people like us who did not use the mini-bar.

My partner and I got into Vinccy Lys at 2am on a Saturday, somewhat jaded but all was made fine by the prompt check-in which was no more than a couple of minutes. The price for the hotel taking into account of location, quality and service was first class, and also taking into account it was just the start of the fallas, booking was a doddle. On our last day on Sunday, we were both in double trouble as thieves had managed to pick-pocket both of us at more or less the same time (word of caution, around the fallas period the police station is rammed with souls like ourselves), the staff were excellent in dealing with the matter, considering we had already checked out. Thank you for making an exciting stay also a pleasurable one. Hats off to Vinccy Lys.

This hotel was very nice. We asked for a non-smoking room, but the room was very smokey. The location is hard to find, but once you find it, it is a great location. We ordered room service, and the food was good and came quickly. Parking is not included, but is available under the hotel. Valencia is a ton of one way streets, and the hotel is on the end of a dead-end street.

En general muy buena experiencia. Situación excelente y relación calidad-precio muy buena. La única sorpresa el precio de una cama adicional que representó bastante más del 50% del precio de la habitación
