| The hotel is ideally located 500 metres from the historical centre of Cartagena and 1 km from the port. It is also situated in one of the main avenues of the city, near the Roman theatre and other archeological remains. |

The hotel has double and double single use rooms. All of them have been recently redecorated and offer a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. Specially equipped rooms for disabled guests and non-smoking rooms are available as well.
All rooms are completely soundproof and have air conditioning, heating, bathroom, mini safe, mini bar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone and hairdryer upon request.
Small pets are welcome.

Located near a strip of quality local bars serving great drinks in a friendly atmosphere.
Hotel was ok overall, decor slightly dated but cleanliness was good and staff were very helpful, recommending excellent restaurants and bars.
CAVEAT - parking is extra and cost me a whopping €14 for the privilege of having my car there overnight

A foul smell in the bathroom on the first day of my two night stay, like sulphur, oil, or sewage. It went away second day. Rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious. Desk personnel are helpful, but Cartagena is not a nice town. It has many seedy corners, few good restaurants, much less street life than other parts of Spain. Even though this hotel is a short walk from the historical center, this center is not very impressive. A sad town, I think, there just aren´t many people here and it´s obvious why.
