Cartagena is an excellent tourist place. Its geographical location and its warm weather make it an ideal place to visit all year long. The good connections allow quick access to La Manga del Mar Menor (15 minutes); to Alicante (60 minutes); and even to the interior of the Region of Murcia (Caravaca, Cehegín, Moratalla). At 500 meters (0.31 miles) from the Husa Cartagonova & Spa hotel, lies a great Roman Theater and other different monuments to enjoy the history of a millennial town like no others, and a promenade that will lead you to one of the biggest natural ports in Spain. |

When we arrived the receptionist gave me a ticket for the car park, I asked if there was anything to pay he replied no.On departure I was charged 66 euros to park the car!!On the 2nd day I asked when the bar opened they informed me it was permanently closed!! The brekfast was basic toaster useless and hot food seemed to be available for the Spanish business men only I would rate this hotel as a 2 star not 5. the world cup was on but the tv in the room had such poor reception is could not be watched and no one would fix it.Anne

room was very hot and air conditioning very poor. no restaurant. breakfast choice also poor.was charged 11 euros to park in a 4 star hotel carpark which is not acceptable
