Within the living/dining room, guests will be able to find a cable TV with pay-per-view movies and other channels, CD player with a radio, DVD player, high-speed Internet access, and a direct dial telephone. If you need to work, then there is also a study desk too.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the best chef could possibly need, including a microwave and a dishwasher.     HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By air plane
    From Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport: head south on Departure Drive, and continue onto Cooks River Avenue. Turn left to stay on Cooks River Avenue and then continue onto Marsh Street. Turn left to merge onto S Western Motorway. Merge onto General Holmes Drive. Take a slight left at the Eastern Distributor and then take the exit towards S Dowling Street. Turn left into Danks Street and left again into Broome Street. Follow Broome Street as it turns right and becomes Potter Street, where the residence is located.

    Undercover parking is provided for cars under 2.1 metres (6.8 Feet) high, although spaces are limited and available on a strictly first come, first served basis. Prior to entering the car park, guests must check-in first and be issued with a car parking pass. You must park in the spaces marked with an S, otherwise your car is at risk of being towed away.

    HOTEL POLICIES
    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
     
    CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
    Check-in:     the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.(after 9 p.m. guests must report to the on-duty security guard).
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m. (late check-outs after this time are available, although guests will be charged for an extra night).

    INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
    Parking is not included in the price and costs $15.00 per vehicle, per night.
    Daily room cleaning is not included in the price; please ask at reception for further information.
    High-speed Internet access is not included in the price and costs $10.00 per hour, $18.00 per day, $49.00 for 3 days, $103.00 per week and $310.00 per month .
    The additional sofa bed is not included in the price and costs $50.00 per night.
     
    CANCELLATION POLICY
    Meriton Apartments do not accept cancellations or changes to bookings. The full amount of the stay will be charged in cases of cancellation or 'no shows'.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
