We had an issue with ants and were told to spray using some bug spray they told us about. Then, they expected us to clean up the mess. For the price, it was still worth it but the ants put a damper on using the bathroom.

The apartment was wonderful, great view overlooking Marina Grande fishing village. Within easy walking distance to the center of town, shopping, restaurants and the port to catch ferry to Capri etc. The place was spotless and had everything necessary to make a quick breakfast or an entire meal. We were warmly greeted by Francesca even though our train got in after hours. We highly recommend and will stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Sorrento.

Well thought out, clean & spacious apartment with lovely view over Marina Grande - the old habour where the fishing boats tie up. Easy to find on foot with help of emailed instructions. There is no reception on site, so it is advisable to phone before you arrive to ensure there is someone there to meet you. Assistance is just a phone call away if required. Francesca is very friendly & helpful & speaks excellent english

Of all our accomodations during our 3 week stay in Italy, this was one of our best! The room was more like a small apartment with a kitchenette, sitting area and balcony. We were very pleased with how much we got for the price. Also, the staff was more than wonderful in ensuring we reached our hotel with as little problems as possible. She even looked up train schedules from Naples for me and looked up trains back to Rome upon our departure.
