I was very pleased with the personnel of the hotel. When i was leaving the hotel, i need to come to the airport. But it turned out that there was a strike of the public trunsport and all the taxis were already booked. The lady from the hotel was very very helpful and did an awasome job finding me a car. I was very grateful to her.

Zona tranquilla, leggermente isolata, ma a circa 500 mt dalla fermata della metro. Hotel Residence pulito, ben organizzato, molto accogliente. Receptionisti gentili e alla mano. Camere pulite, cucinetta corredata di tutti gli utensili necessari. Pulizia delle camere a giorni alterni. Pareti sottili, ma "il vicinato" è stato tranquillo. Altamente consigliato per giovani, maturi, anziani. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto positivo.

De los tres apartahoteles que alquile en Italia en estas vacaciones este es con diferencia el mejor en calidad precio. Esta cerca de la parada de metro y eso esta bien. Tenia una pequeña terraza y la cocina era adecuada. Creo que tampoco era demasiado caro, e incluso tiene buenas comunicaciones en autobus pero no vuelvo mas a Roma por verano, te lo jurosss. QUE CALOR hace viendo pedruscos, con lo bien que se esta en la playa.

I asked for two rooms. They gave me one on the third floor, and another in the basement. The third floor room was very small, and the basement smelled very bad, like mold or sewage. I didn't like it there. The staff didn't know any english at all.

Very close to the St Pierre basilica (1800 m) and to the metro (less than 400 m). Located in a poor area (dirty streets and not advisable for a woman alone). Very nice people at the welcome desk. We would go back there for a next trip in Roma.

Though within a few subway satations from the center of Rome, the hotel surrounding is surprisingly quiet and rich in nature. Considering the price, this accomodation is highly recommendable for group travellers.
