CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of night stay cancellation : * No fee if the cancellation is made in more than two days by the arrival, * The total amount of the booking is taken in case of cancellation in less of 72 a hour of the arrival In case of a 7 days stay : If the cancellation is until 21 days of the arrival, 30 % of the total amount is held, from 21 to 14 days, 50 % of the total amount is held, from 14 to 7 days, 75 % of the total amount is held, unless 7 days, 100 % of the total amount is held.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
