Nosotros estuvimos 8 personas durante 3 noches en dos habitaciones cuadruples en la 5ª planta y fue perfecto. Lo mejor la situación, a 2 minutos de la plaza de la ciudad vieja, y la limpieza. La recepción solo tiene horario de oficina, pero eso no es un inconveniente.

I really liked being in the Masná residence. A ideal place for a family. The rooms impecable, and the apartment very well equiped, and in the center of town. I'll tell my friends about this hotel, and if i'm going back in Prague naturally i'll be there again. Thanks

The picture of the hotel did not correspond at all to the hotel. The picture on the website is Hotel Residence Masna 5, and not Masna 9. They are two completely different hotels. Masna 9 did not have a reception desk, therefore it was impossible to speak to anybody from the hotel - there was no way to reach them. When we needed to call a cab to the airport, we had to go to Masna 5 and ask them to do us the favor.
We lost power on our first day there, and there was no one to call to fix the problem.
We were under the impression (based on the photos) that we were staying at Masna 5, a hotel with staff available 24hrs a day - that is not at all what we got.
