You will enjoy the stunning views over this delightful square as well as the ideal location of our truly modern equipped apartments: a 2 minutes on foot from the subway station Mustek, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, concert halls (e.g. the Czech Opera) and theatres (e.g. the world famous Black Theatre).
The apartments are part of the hotel Melantrich Wenceslas Square, a beautiful building of the turn of the century which has been renovated in 2004. In occasion of the crucial events in 1989, some famous politicians like Vaclav Havel used to hold their speech from the balcony of the building.
The residence includes various amenities, such as a fitness center, beauty salon, banqueting service and business center.

The room was much larger than expected (1 double + 2 twin beds; large living/dining area). The location is excellent, though very crowded. Building has security. Lacked the guest services of a hotel. Front desk provides check-in/out; will not assist with restaurant reservations, etc.

Estuvimos en Julio en estos apartamentos y quiero dejar escrita nuestra opinión ya que fué una gran decepción la que tuvimos, no se correspondía en ningún caso con lo que en la página web aparecía. NO DISPONIA de ningún servicio de los que se indicaban (spa,peluqueria, restaurante, conexión internet, bar, garaje,etc), la limpieza era nula, el recepcionista (si aquel cuchitril se le puede llamar recepción) que nos recibió (Andrew) antipático a más no poder, nos cobraron nada más llegar (sin ver ni la habitación) todo el importe de la estancia, hormigas por todos los sitios, etc. En fin, poco aconsejable ya que la relación calidad-precio es muy baja.

Perfect location for a trip to Prague. Appartment quality good and right in the centre but easy to get to by car. Remember to asking for parking. I can only recommend.

When we checked in at 10 pm, after a 12 hour flight, we were told that we had to pay for our 3 night stay with cash! They did not accept credit cards. We did not have much cash with us and could not withdraw that much from the ATM. We finally managed to obtain the money but did not have much cash for the next 3 days and had to charge as much as possible. We were only given one set of towels for the 3 days and there was no hairdryer in the room, although when I requested one at the reception desk they found one I could borrow. Also, the room was full of flies when we walked in (at least 20), because there are no screens on the windows. There was only one small bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms because the other lights were not working and when I advised the reception desk nothing was done. We managed to enjoy our stay despite this unpleasantness.
