    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By car
    From Pont de Neuilly bridge: follow the direction of the ring road, then take exit n°5. Turn right on Avenue A.Prothin and left on Place Charras.

    By public transportation
    You can reach the residence by taking underground lines 1 and A until La Défense / Grande Arche station.
    Bus lines 73, 275 and 278 stop 200 meters from the residence.

    By airplane
    From Paris Roissy/Charles de Gaulle International Airport: take RER B (local train service), direction Massy-Palaiseau, until Châtelet Les Halles. Then, take RER A, direction Cergy-le-Haut, and get off at La Défense / Grande Arche. Take bus n°275, direction Pont de Levallois, and get off at Place Charras.

    From Paris Orly International Airport : take Orlyval shuttle until Denfert Rochereau station. There, take underground line 6 until Charles de Gaulle Etoile station. At Charles de Gaulle / Grande Armée, take bus n°73, direction Grande Arche, and get off at Gambetta stop.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    Check-in:     the apartments are available at any time after 2 p.m.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than noon.

    Daily housekeeping is included in the price for 1 to 3 night stays.
    Special rates are available for bookings of 4 nights or more and housekeeping is provided once a week.
    Parking is not included in the price and costs €10,00 per day or €60,00 per week.
    Use of the luggage room is free of charge.
    Hairdryers and ironing facilities are provided free of charge.
    Pets are allowed at an extra charge of €7,00 per night and €47,00 for 7-night or longer stays.
    Use of individual safes is not included and costs €3,50 per day or €20,00 per week.

    Cleaning kits are not included in the price and cost €5,00.
    Use of the coin-operated laundry is not included. Washing costs €5,00, drying €3,00 and laundry soap €1,00.

    Cleaning service (except kitchenette) is not included in the price and costs €21,00 for studios, €26,00 for 2-room apartments and €31,00 for 3-room apartments.
    Use of the Wi-Fi Internet access and the telephone, as well as photocopy and fax service are not included. Rates available on request.
    Breakfast is not included in the price and costs €9,00 per person.
     
    CANCELLATION POLICY
     Cancellation between the thirtieth day and the fifteenth day preceding the arrival = 25 % of the Net Overall Amount of the stay;  Cancellation between the fourteenth day and the eighth day preceding the arrival = 50 % of the same Net Overall Amount;  cancellation seven days or less before the arrival = 75 % of the same Net Overall Amount; non-presentation the day of the arrival = 100 % of the same Net Overall Amount.
    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
