    We reserved two apartments for five people at Residence Résidhotel Cadet, but a month before our stay they wrote to us saying that the hotel was not finished yet and that they moved us to Résidence Imperial Rennequin. This means my feedback corresponds to Rennequin, not to Cadet. There was only a small misunderstanding with the hour of chek-in: by email they said we could get in at 3 p.m., and once there they said the time was 5 p.m., but anyway they tried to work it out and gave as a room.

    HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
    By public transportation

    From Gare du Nord station: take underground line 6, direction Place d'Italie, until Gare de l'Est. Then take line 7, direction Villejuif Louis Aragon, and get off at Cadet station.

    From Gare de l'Est station: take line 7, direction Villejuif Louis Aragon, and get off at Cadet station.

    From Gare de Lyon station: take RER A, RER D (local train service), underground line 1 or underground line 14 until Châtelet Les Halles, then take underground line 7, direction La Courneuve 8 Mai 1945, and get off at Cadet station.

    From Paris Roissy/Charles de Gaulle Airport : take RER B (local train service) until Châtelet Les Halles, then take line 7, direction La Courneuve 8 Mai 1945, and get off at Cadet station.

    From Paris Orly International Airport : take Orlyval shuttle service to Antony station. Take RER B (local train service), direction Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 TGV, until Châtelet Les Halles. Then, take underground line 7, direction La Courneuve 8 Mai 1945, and get off at Cadet station.

    METHODS OF PAYMENT
    Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

    Check-in:     the apartments are available from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

    CANCELLATION POLICY
    For short stays up to 5 nights

    Cancellations or modifications up to 4 days prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations between 4-2 days prior to arrival are charged with the amount of 50% of the entire stay. Cancellations or modifications later then 2 days prior to arrival and No-Show are charged with the amount of 100% of the entire stay. To guaranty your reservation the first night will be debited your credit card upon reservation.

    You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 4 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
