Room is slightly small.
But location is easy to use metro, what is more, The Natural History museum is within a stone´s throw of the residence.
And when I place my baggage after checking out, secured service is very good
Thanks to that, I can freely take a walk, see a Natural History Museum at the last day of trip after I checked out.

Although 95 euros/night seemed a little steep for a small studio, it was reasonable quality for the edge of central Paris. We were able to walk to most attractions. Although the apratment was modern and generally clean, it was evident it had not been dusted in a long time! For an apartment, kitchen utensils were not adequate - not enough cutlery for two people, no coffee maker. Staff were not able to help in this regard - although otherwise they were very helpful, and did their best to communicate in English. The hide-a-bed/couch was poor quality as both a bed and a couch! Overall, however, I would go back here - just a little better equipped!

This was a great apartment to explore Paris. The building and apartment are refurbished and spotless. The lift was spacious and in working order. The metro stop was literally a few steps away. In addition, the location across the street from the Jardin des Plantes and the Museum of Natural History (we could see into the Gallery of Comparative Anatomy from our window) was great. My small boys adored the museum and the gardens.
The only possible downside is that there are few restaurants of quality that we could find near the residence. However, next time we are in paris these apartments will be our first choice for availability.

Wooden floor had not been cleaned, floor was sticky where something had been spilled by previous resident, sheets on fold down bed were dubious as whether they were clean or not otherwise good accomodation wih easy access to various parts of the city. Staff when on site are helpful. Reception is only open between 0800 and 1200 and again between 1600 and 1900

our room was massive - alot bigger than what we were expecting for amsterdam. The room was really quiet, warm and had everything we could need. Only down side was we were on the top floor and had to negotiate the tiny tiny stairs with a baby and all our luggage!

The reception staff was very helpful -- when I emailed to ask if I could check in at 1 (check in is from 8-12 and 4-7), they emailed me the door code to get in and the safe code to obtain the apartment key. Unfortunately, although I had asked for a baby cot, none was provided for the first night as there was only 1 baby cot and it was being used and I was not informed of this in advance. The apartment was actually very small -- 1 bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the lounge with no where really to sit in the lounge except on the bed. While the apartment was just around the corner from the Gare d'Austerlitz metro, it was actually not really within walking distance of any tourist area. It was essentially located within a residential area and quite far from most places by foot.

At this hotel, it was new and the interior may cleanly stay though a cheap hotel in Paris was old, narrow, and not clean. It was near the station, and was very convenient. Moreover, it was possible to sleep quietly because there was no traffic midnight and early morning though it was near the Main Street. Daily dishes were bought and taken home with Deri to be near though were only a popular restaurant. Tableware was less than it thought, and there were a knife, Tepod or neither coffee maker nor a fish slice, etc. Affability of the staff in the reception desk was also good besides the person on the weekday was able to speak English. The person on the weekend was able to speak English only a little unsociably. The washing machine was in the interior of the reception desk. Because luggage was able to be kept after it had checked it out of the final day, it was good. It was easy to have stayed from the hotel though it sees overall, and I want to stay also next time.

The apartment had everything to be perfect (good size apartments, good standard, great location), but few things made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Our bed (as advertised) was a sofa bed, but so noisy I would wake up during the night every time my partner moved ; the pillows weren't enough and the hotel couldn't provide us extras; and the kitchen didn't have enough crockery and cutlery for two people. On the other hand when we had an emergency and needed to return home earlier we didn't face any problem and were charged only for the nights we spent there.

The hotel staff, especially Mme Bisson and Mmme Anna were very, very helpful to us. Anytime we had a request, they fulfilled it. Be careful if you want a real hotel because the hotel is like an apartment so you can "live" there, i.e. you need to get your own dish soap, toiletries, etc. There was only one pot and one pan but enough for us to cook. The kitchen was very good (we were in a studio). The price was excellent for what we got. The bed linens were old and a little grey, but the apartment was very clean when we got into it. Oh yeah, they only clean once a week, but if you plan to cook, you will be cleaning afterwards.
We arrived at 8PM. The lobby is only open from 4-7PM for check-in and after that, you will need some special codes to get into the hotel that the hotel will email to you before. It was pretty straight-forward.

We rented studio and it met our expectations that were built by advertisement.
The place was clean, bright and had enough room for two of us. We had to purchase internet services and we had individual telephone number which was convenient for incoming calls. You would have to pay for outgoing calls. They have AC and heating system that we didn’t use because the temperatures outside were comfortable.
Positives: clean, bright, adequate kitchenware, drying system for towels, TV, phone, quiet with windows closed. Responded to our inquires to change blanket promptly. Great location, close to Metro and train. Grocery store, bakeries and restaurants close by.
Negatives: this room is available for smokers too, so we had to deal with the stench from the previous tenant.
We arrived around 1 pm that is the time that reception is closed. We had to wait for somebody to attend to us until 4 pm. They warn about that, but it is extremely inconvenient if you flight is earlier of later and you are tired from overnight travel.
We were rushed by the cleaning lady by 10 am of departure day; she actually entered our room without notice. They also disconnected our phone by 10:30 am (check out is at 11). We felt rushed by the end.
The directions to the locations are incorrect, they give you the train station that is very far from the destination.
To sum up. I would recommend this place to anybody who is comfortable with small places but likes clean environment. You feel private and homey.

This hotel is very interesting for a family who wants to take fun into Paris : the room was very spacious (we were 2 adults, 2 children and a baby) with a kitchen, everything was very clean, the hotel is in the center of Paris.
In term of services, they are reduced to the minimum : it is more a residence than an hotel.
I really recommend this adress ; the price is also very reasonable (95€ per night in July).
