The first night no one was there to wait for us, fortunately we called earlier and they left the key in a box. The room did not have a bed, only a sofa and we had to convert it into a bed ourselves. The room was really old (besides the new flat TV that we did not use) and the sofa was smelling bad. The toilette was really clean. Next day they gave us a much better room that was much newer. I will rate this hotel with 2 stars instead 3.

In general we were not satisfied with the standard of the room. The where no toilet kit at the toilet. The toilet was not optimal useable from Sunday to Monday, but we handle that. The bed was a fold-out couch / sofa and was a disappointment to us. The picture we saw at the web-side, was not the studio, eventhough we anticipated, that the room on the web-side was the room given to us - it was not. Some of the kitchendoos was a bit loose. Parkingplace in basement was fine and a good service, when you have a rental car.

This hotel was a big disappointment. The staff were rude and unwelcoming. Although the room we had was huge we booked a double room and were given two single fold out beds of which we had to fold out and make-up ourselves. There were also large water stains on the carpet.
Breakfast was minimal and costly (7 euro each) and consisted of a bread roll and croissant.
We were also surprised by the addition of a 'city tax' added to our bill that we were unaware of.
After travelling around europe for months this was the single and worst experience we had.

We were given a ground-floor room with not much light, I guess because we staied only for one night. For the rest the hotel was fine. I would probably recommend for longer staying as long as one can get a higher-floor room.

Did not realize there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Luckily, they were able to provide a portable air conditioner for us the second day. It was difficult without AC with our baby on the first night.

We actually booked in for 5 nights and because of the noise, lack of air conditioning, poor lighting on a night from the hotel to the accomodation block and smokey bedding we stayed for one night only.

It was disappointing. We reached the hotel at 3pm and was told by a lady to come back in 1hr's time. Then came a gentleman who managed to check us in. The room smelt of cigarette and the carpet stained. There was no aircon. The convertible queen size bed was too flimsy to accomodate a big size couple. The hot water went off late at night. Worst still, we were not given the access code to enter the hotel as there was no receptionist after 10pm. Fortunately, we brought along the garage card when we went out for a walk and had to enter the hotel thru' the garage. Otherwise we would have to sleep in the streets! Upon checking out, we were not able to enter the garage to put our luggages in the car. I think the system need to change.

I am very disappointed with your service as the hotel did not have any knowledge of my party of 6 people arriving and was sent away till they got something sorted out. The girl on reception on our arrival was not helpful enough or friendly. Basically you did not let the hotel know of our arrival according to them. After a while the young man on reception was very good and helped us when we arrived back to see if anything was sorted out, I also had a 10 year old boy with me and was not well on our arrival and to be sent away was not good customer relations. This was our first trip at that time of year and also to Nice, Nice was a beautiful city and I will go back sometime but unless you convince me in some way of an apoligy I will not be using your services in the future.
I have let my friends and colleagues know of this and in larger circules as well.
For being the first time in Nice it was a bit daunting and tire-sum after a long journey from Northern Ireland and on the go from 05.00am that morning.

While this is a very affordable place, you got what you paid for. The condition of the apartments needs serious attention. Also, not all of the appliances are working properly. The parking is difficult to find and has a very low ceiling. The lights in the hall way shut themselves after 2 min. So get into your room quickly and be prepared to step out to a pitch black hallway when you leave your apartments.

The appartments were centrally located. Appartment did not reflect the photo's portrayed on the web which was slightly disappointing. There were renovations which didn't help and we were not notified in advance about them. Other than that the appartments were clean and we had a pleasant stay.

The apartment was nice enough apart from a very stained carpet and the whole place reeking of smoke. Location is good - withing fairly easy walking distance of the beach. Service wasn't particularly wonderful. All in all it is a reasonable place to stay in Nice - nothing too fancy - if you can look past the carpet.

Pessima scelta.

The apartment was ok, but the double bed you could see on the photos was a sofa and we weren`t able to sleep well on it! The photos on the internet don`t show how the hotel is in reality. The employees know about the problem, but they refuse to act. Other people who stayed there said to me they are disappointed as well.

The staff was very lovely and welcoming, so I was disturbed over the relation between pictures on the website to the actual room we stayed in! I booked a studio for 3 nights, and for some reason was misled into thinking we would have an actual bed, but it was in fact a pull-out couch, an old tattered couch at that! The walls are paper-thin so I woke up very early every morning to screaming babies, the elevator, people talking in the hallway, etc... The lobby and the breakfast rooms are very nice, so I was shocked to see the quality of our room. The carpet was stained beyond recognition-wasn't sure I wanted to walk barefoot on the floor, the hot water was nearly non-existent, and there were holes in the wall of the bathtub. The breakfast was ok, but I don't think worth 10euros each person. I will never stay here again and do not recommend anyone stay here.

Don't waste your money, this place is very dirty. The carpets, bathrooms where very unclean. I booked 2 studio apartments one for 2 people the other for 3 people, as we were travelling with an infant. The rooms where exactly the same size however I had to pay extra for the 3 person studio. Both rooms only have sofa beds which are very uncomfortable. We found both rooms had very poor ventilation and we paid extra for air-conditioners in each room which did not do much. They charge for everything. Pay the extra money and stay somewhere nice, Nice has plenty of accomodation.

sería conveniente que el precio indicado en la reserva, especifique si es precio final o hay que abonar el tax aparte. Porque en la reserva se indicaba un precio final, y al tomar la habitación me agregaron el tax. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Because a traffic jam in Cannes we arrive around 1am.to Nice Fleurs, luckily we call before, no one were in the reception, I had to wake up a friend who was staying in the same hotel because we didn´t know the code number to get in and she has our key. The same night a guest was calling to the police because 2 men enter to the hotel by an open window. About the studio was ok, but the carpet was very dirty and old, it didn´t seem like the pictures in internet...

The carpeting in most rooms is apparently 12 years old (according to one of the employees) and badly needs replacing.
Air conditioning is "on demand" and a portable machine is brought in - dont forget to ask for it if you absolutely need air conditioning. Our air conditioning ran for 8 hours during the day and created a big water puddle on the floor which we helped clean (the water from the machine fell outside the machine instead of into the built-in vessel.)
The carpet in most rooms is quite horrible - maybe clean but sometimes torn or like it had burn marks or with permanent stains etc.
The employees need to be taught more about customer service and how to behave properly with clients.
The location is a quiet location and the courtyard is wonderful - esp. to have breakfast on a nice day. Parking is conveniently located.
Overall, a very bad value for money - considering the the quality of the rooms and the behaviour of the employees.

Excellent accomodation for families. Clean and spacious apartment. Big kitchen area, easy to make breakfast. The breakfast on hotel is expensive, and very simple. Perfect parking abilities. OK walking distance to central parts. No extra facilites, but you get what you are paying for.

A great place for families with children. The carpets desperately need to be changed and could easily trigger off allergies. Huge issue is that the internet registers kids but this does not get transferred to the hotel info so they read the info as being adults only and messes up the booking. We were fortunate they had rooms available that we could move into for 4 people. This is more a Venere issue than one of the property itself.

Nice Fleurs was a wonderful stay. With our kitchenette we were able to spend an affordable week in the French Riviera by going to the open markets and preparing our own fresh fish and vegetables. The view was nice, and we were a short walk from the post office, a beautiful small park, lots of restaurants and of course, the beach itself. A few compliants: (1) the dryer in the laundry room did not work well so we had to hang our clothes to dry and (2) the hotel shower only provided a couple of hot showers in the morning, but we had four people. However, the private beach called Blue Beach had hot showers all day, so we simply showered off there after a long day at the beach! Overall a great stay!
