Not as web pages, you cannot use credit cards. Only cash is accepted. Plus, there is no parking space belonging to this property. You should park at a nearby garage where it costs 25 euros for each day or night. To make matters worse, the garage is not necessarily 'safe' though it is an indoor facility. I got my car scrached in several areas including a rear door. Fortunately I knew my rent-a-car insurance covering them. If not, you should spend considerable time there with non-English-speaking italians. Anyway the hotel property itself is no problem.

The location was perfect, on a main shopping street full of resturants and coffe shops. It´s walking distance to the port which was convenient. The building from the outside is nice and the apartment is very nice. The only thing that was kind of dirty and not well kept was the inside of the building, but once you get to the aprtament everything is great. The only unconfortable part is that you have to arrange for the time to get the keys and to leave, but the people were very nice and helpful. It would also be better if you could pay with credit card, since they collect the money the first day and this not safe to walk around with too much cash in your pockets.

It is an excellent B&B by location, equipment, beauty, space and quality.
It would need more illumination in the dining room (already I have commented Mr. that received us ).
Thanks . Silvia Volpini

The Plebiscito was actually an apartment, not a hotel, and therefore I couldn't comment on staff as there were none. The location is excellent, right in the centre of Naples near the main shopping street/Piazza Plebiscito. However, the apartment was a little difficult to find as there is no signage, not even the name on the door entry phone. It is located in a typical Italian "courtyard" style of building behind big wooden doors. The courtyard is a little bit run down, with a lift which cost 10cents to use (although the apartment was only on the 1st floor)! The other downside was the fact that we had to meet someone at a pre-arranged time so we could be handed the keys on arrival, and likewise on departure. However, the standard of the apartment was excellent, with a living area with cooking facilities, tv and a comfortable double sofa bed downstairs, and upstairs on the mezzanine floor a beautiful large bedroom, plenty of wardrobe space and a large bathroom with an excellent shower. We also found it very quiet, despite being in a busy area. It was ideal for our family (2 adults, 2 young children), good value for money and I would certainly consider staying there again when visiting Naples. If you like to be self-sufficient and discover/explore things for yourself when on holiday then this is a good option but if you need the services/information provided by a hotel then it isn't.
