By car
From the ringroad, take exit 40, Palais des expositions, La Beaujoire.

By public transports
Bus lines 83, 72, 86, 76, 22, 52, 77 and 78, as well as tram line 1 stop in the vicinity of the residence.

By train
From the train station take tram line 1 to the property.

The Nantes-Atlantique is 20 minutes driving from the residence.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the studios are available between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. Reception opening hours: from 8 a.m. until 12.30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. until 7.30 p.m. Monday through Friday, between 8.45 a.m. and 12.45 p.m. on Saturdays and closed on Sundays.
Please note: in case of late arrival, reservation is not guaranteed and no show penalty will apply.
Check-out:: the studios must be vacated prior to noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Baby cots are not included in the price and cost €10,00.
Additional beds are not included in the price and cost €18,00 per night.
Outdoor parking is included in the price.
Use of garage is not included in the price and costs €1,00 per day.
In accordance with the European ecological label, use of electricity is not included in the price in case of weekly stays. A separate invoice will be issued upon check-out, based on your consumption.
The breakfast buffet, served in a nearby restaurant, is not included in the price and costs €9,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For less than 7 nights stay (rooms without kitchenette): 1 night will be charged as a garantee. - penalty of one night il you cancelled from 2 days before your arrival, no show and for any late cancellation - if you change your dates you will are not penalty. For long stay (7 nights): More than 60 days: 55 euros penality 60 to 30 days: 50 % of total amount of your stay will be charged as a garantee. less than 30 days: 100% will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
