Guests are welcome in a cosy atmosphere made up by a group of semi-detached houses, apartments and villas. Car is essential.

From October to May, guests are entitled to free access to the spa resort, including heated indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, Hammam, sauna and fitness area.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 5 p.m.
In winter time, you must check in at the on-site Spa. The reception is open from 9.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. on weekdays and from 10.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on weekends. In case of late arrival, please contact the hotel by calling 0034.659.39.09.29.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

Parking is not included in the price and costs €6,00 per day and €24,00 per week.
Pets are accepted agains an extra charge of €34,00 per week and €9,00 per day.
Cots incur an extra charge of €6,00 per day and €20,00 per week.

CANCELLATION POLICY
30% down payment at time of booking, balance to be paid a month prior to check-in. If the reservation is made less then a month prior to your arrival, the full amount must be paid in advance. If you cancel between 29 days and 15 days prior to your arrival, the penalty is 50% of the amount of the reservation; less than 14 days: 100% of the amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
