The location with regards to the tube station was good. Rooms were well equipped. Staff were not there while we were checking out early morning, and didnt seem to be aware of basic information or where to get it. Bathrooms were not very nice.

If you want to stay clean - don't stay here. On my first morning the shower gave out only cold water. Another room and the shower didn't work at all. Third room - cold water. Finally a shower that worked two floors down behind reception. So much for ensuite. (Note - the only member of staff working tried really hard to sort this out. Ineffectively, but he tried.) Problem was not resolved all week so managed tepid showers at best. Towels not in the room when I arrived and the ones I did get were taken away again mid-week. This hotel has pretensions above its ability. The signs on the doors were changed from room to 'apartment' during my stay but this is a 1 star hotel at best. If you can find somewhere else - go there.

I am not telling this to others and the front desk clerk was excellent BUT the showers did not drain, the taps on the sink did not turn off and the bed (We are sure) had been slept in before. (There was a one liter bottle of water behind the bed next to the wall). The blanket was so musty that we took it off and just slept with the sheets. The people were very nice however the facility was very poor. When we first checked in the very nice person behind the desk was apologetic that our room had plumbing problems and he was going to send us in a car 10 minutes away to another hotel that was better. We were in a hurry because we had an appointment to keep so he let us shower and siad when we returned we would be taken to this hotel. When we got back at 11:30PM onother desk clerk said they had a roon across the street. We were very tired and went straight to bed. We had an early flight the next morning so we did not say anything. Thats our experience.

The location was brilliant very near earls court Tube and there was a tescos nearby. That was the only good thing about the room. It smelled of damp the bathroom was a disgrace. No electric shower. When we used the hose from the bath which was supposed to be the shower, the ceiling leaked. There was a smell of urine also in the the bathroom. Also the door in the room was sort of broken and looked like it had been kicked in. It is not worth the price and I would have paid 30 pounds extra for a nicer hotel. And the pictures of the rooms are nothing like what ours was. I would definately not stay here again.
