The Residence is composed of 144 suites (one or two bedsitters) from 35 to 55 sqm. all elegantly furnished and equipped with all comforts.
Each apartment is furnished with:
Air conditioning;
Tv with satellite;
Safe box;
Kitchenette equipped with: fridge, freezer, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave;
Hairdryer;
Telephone with direct dialing, answering service and wake-up call;
Washing machine (only in certain types).

| The Residence has a private garage, laundry and drying service plus the possibility of external laundry and dry cleaning services. Within the structure there is a bar take-away, hairdresser, restaurant and supermarket. |
