Every thing was fine except that there's no breakfast for the hotel rooms residents. There's a bar in the area but a real structure for breakfast would be a plus. We also would've been glad to be informed about the cleaning frequency and the pool without chlore as it was surprising and have had to ask info.

A rather souless place, located well off the main road near a dump. Definitely not worth the rental rate - easily the most expensive place we've stayed at and the least satisfactory. Accommodation misleading in that you can't view the exact apartment type requested. HIGHLY not recommended!

The only thing was, they don't get the reservation from you!! They were so kind to give us another room/house(more expensive) for the same price. Luckely there was a room available!

Un completo desastre. Los bungalows disponen de apartamentos que comparten la cocina, y dependiendo de las necesidades de Roberto esta cocina puede utilizarla uno u otro apartamento. En nuestro caso personal, a nosotros se nos enseñó la cocina pero después de unas horas se nos dijo que estaba estropeada y vendría un operario a arreglarla. Pero nosotros oíamos cómo nuestros vecinos de bungalow sí utlizaban la cocina, que tenía dos puertas, una para cada apartamento. Nos sentimos estafados. Y tampoco pudimos utilizar el jacuzzi ni la piscina porque estaba llena de lodo y barro. No recomiendo este lugar a ningún turista que necesite unas vacaciones tranquilas.

management behavior was very good,offered upgrading of the rooms ordered with a reasonable addition, which turned up for the best.the place as a whole was a big surprise for the better, eventough reaching the place was quite difficult,as the signs and explanation were not clear enough.

Well, if you havent been to this particular area it looks like reclaimed farmland - very flat. The place itself is right in the middle of this farmland, basically a field with some holiday houses on it. Its OK, but only expect one step up from a camp site, when we were there it gets very windy in the afternoons so pools and bbq not really usable. The A/C is handy though. Not too difficult to find, the reason the map/directions are vague is that it is not near any town and the road it is on is not marked on most maps.. there are road signs though. The resorts down the road appear to be where the italians go for their beach holidays, can recommend the seaside town of castiglionne with good restaurants esp Pierbacco - but get there early or book, queueing is a bit disorganised

Molto fortunati nell'incontrare un'offerta veramente notevole, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso. A partire dal silenzio, alla piscina con idromassaggio fruibile a tutte le ore, alla colazione con il latte appena munto, e a tante altre cose che mi hanno piacevolmente meravigliato. Consigliamo vivamente.

With small apartments, charcoal grills outside most rooms and a bar on site, this place seems geared for families taking a long weekend or perhaps a group of college students going to the beach. We had a nice enough one-night stay in the middle of a drive from Tuscany down to Rome; however it is a bit difficult to find ... there isn't much signage pointing one to the location.

We had a marvellous stay at the start of our holiday. The management were so friendly, and the farm house was superb. The invitation to join in with the pizza party was great and we got to know the other people staying at the farm. The swimming pool and other facilities were great also. It is our clear intention to revisit as it is also so convenient to Pisa airport BRILLIANT !

We hardly find the place as the original way where signs were set up was closed due to road works. No alternative routes were set up. Finally with local support we found the place after a lot of driving around. We feel it is very important to mark up alternative routes if like in our case the basic road is closed.

The price and the room is OK, but the king bedrooom did not quite look like a "king" bedroom. (small, and rather poor furniture). Part of the complex is still under construction.

Facility is excellent. However the road is in major disrepair (1 foot deep ruts and the surface in falling apart). The vents in the bathrooms are connected and our neibours were noisey till 3 am. One Km down the road is a garbage dump. In the summer I would think the smell could be substantial. I would not recomend the facility.

There were two types of rooms offered on Venere.com, but when we ordered one room we got an email back that the room was not available and we got offered a more expensive apartment. Also, this site is close to a military airport and in parts looks like a building site.

A very nice place to stay, providing you arrive by car and like to stay in the countryside. Only a few kilometers from the beaches in Marina di Grosseto. Highly recommended!

The property was still being developed (June 03) at the time of our stay - although there was no inconvenience. You could tell that the owner has a good vision as to how the services can be developed. The property is child friendly - all on one level. Noisy at night - but that was due to the frogs in the pond - which we quite enjoyed - it is set in farmland, what else would you expect but countryside noises! The only difficulty we had was finding the place. The turning from the main road was easily missable, and once we were on that 'road', there were no other signs - which doesn't help when you get a choice of directions! I would stay there again - and recommend it to friends. The spa bath was such a treat after a long hot dusty day - as was the swimming pool. We set up the barbie and sat outside watching the sun come down over the fields - it made a pleasant change from staying in a city hotel.

The site, especially the shared facilities should be completed before renting the appartments out. Not so nice to live on a construction site. At least it should be told before.
