WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE HOTEL AND THE PRICE!
There was easy access with the bus 22 from the hotel back into town and the train station. The Movida resturant next to the hotel was fabulous.

Way too much noise : the residence is located just above a very important avenue. Its soundproofing (at least in our room) was extremely poor. It's a pity, because the rest is excellent. Sorry.

I found the staff a great source of local knowledge and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great cooking facilities. I would really recommend staying in an apartment rather than a hotel, as the local produce was wonderful. It was noisy at night as was close to a road, however, I was in Florence for a conference and many people in other hotels/apartments had the same complaint.
I would definately stay here again.
