I stayed in an apartment and it was perfect for the price and value. The hotel was clean and the apartment was equipped with all the necessary items. The hotel was outside of Paris which was nice and very easy to get to by train.

The residence is clean. The rooms for two are a little small while I found the one for four people large and confortable. The receidence is quite far to the city center so specially for the night have a car is the best solution, in summer the traffic is poor and you can park almost everywhere free in the city center (in daytime there is a very efficient sevice of bus and train that take you to the city center in about 20 min). The residence has a free underground parking...the negative note is that they have only one remote control for the parking door, so everytime you have to take it back to the reception and often you have to wait there that someone take it back.

By train
Epinay Villetaneuse railway station is a 30-minute walk from the residence.
Epinay RER station (line C) is a 5-minute walk from the residence.

By airplane
From both Paris Orly and Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, take RER B and get off at Saint-Michel Notre-Dame. Change for RER C, direction Pontoise Argenteuil, and get off at Epinay station. The residence is a 5-minute walk from there.
