The place feels (or essentially) is a cross between a hotel and an office building. Staff are only around for a few hours each day, but seemed friendly and competent. Cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with the shower drain full of previous guests' hair, and a very smelly fridge and generally rather unhygienic and thus unusable kitchenette. The area (Lichterfelde) is lovely though and well-connected to town.

In the central parts of Berlin, easy to get around and helpful notes about what to do and howe to get there where provided. A bit of a trubbel to get hold of anyone to contakt about checking in when we arrived. The telefonnumber was not the right one and it took quite some time to get hold of anyone at all.

We arrived at six in the evening. A note on the frontdoor told us to call a number when we arrived. I have never in my life talk to a more rude person in my life than the lady in the phone.
When we ordered on the net it said on the confermation/order that the appartment was 2-rooms. It wasn´t but still we had to pay the price for two rooms because we were two people.... didn´t say so anywhere else. It is not located near the center of Brlin. We could manage it because we were by car. But still it is cheap.
oh and ps - you sleep on a fold out bed that are not very comfortable!!
