Fabulous 3 night stay in a well located apartment. All you need is easily available and the service from the staff was fantastic. Apartments not the biggest annd kitchens a bit low on equipment but nothing that was a problem.

We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the suite. The beds and bathrooms were great, there was plenty of closet space, the balcony was nice. The downside was the kitchen and all the little extra charges, and nighttime noise. Our kitchen was barely equipped (a sawed piece of a wooden board for a cutting board!), but we made do. Didn't know that there was an extra charge for cleaning the kitchern, and it lacked any cleaning supplies to be able to do it yourself; a daily charge if you wanted to use an iron, for example. The elevator made a lot of noise, and you could not control the HVAC within your suite. It was set for the building and had not yet been turned over to cool instead of heat, so there were a few nights when it was quite warm in the bedrooms. But all this was minor, and we'd come back again. Also this was a great value, also a great location. The nearby metro stop allowed us see the city and to shop at La Boqueria market and eat at home when we wanted.

Excellent for everything - price/location/amenities - everything!
From the airport to the hotel/apartment took exactly 55 mins. Aerobus + Metro.
All that you could need is on the doorstep - meals/drinks/souvenirs/supermarkets - all within 5 mins. walking.
Apartment VERY spacious (#403) and I presume all the others are the same. We were on the front, and the balcony/patio overlooked the street (no noise, really) with a view of the Sagrada Familia spires from one bedroom (2 small blocks away)
Ideal location for Metro, to get to anywhere in the city, and also no problem to walk to anywhere from here, which we did every day.
You can get the Touristic Bus at the Sagrada Familia, and spend all day on it, with any number of stops.
Metro is excellent - very clean and no longer than 3 min. wait for trains - easy to figure out the system.
We were there 4 days/3 nights (Oct 15-18) and wished it was longer. People very friendly, and most all could speak better English than our Spanish!
Will definitely return, and will absolutely stay here again.

The only real issue was the noise heard from the bedroom that backs onto the service area. The lift also adds to the noiselevel that resonates up the service void. we were in room 403.
Apart from that it is an excellent place to stay. BreakfastS are first class.

We loved the property so much that we changed other reservations in order that we might stay at Hispanos Siete Suiza one more night. The apartment was roomy, the bed comfortable, and the bathrooms as luxurious as a three-star hotel. There are so many nice things about the property, and the only improvements might be a few more items in the kitchen, such as a cutting board and (sharp) knife, and a dish towel. Also, the bed pillows were not comfortable, but they offer a choice of pillows including down or orthopedic for an additional 3 Euros.
The truly superlative thing about the HSS apartments was the staff. I don't think it is even possible to say enough good things about them. Our experience with several employees was all positive. They are highly competetent, professional, and were patient with my many questions and requests.

The appartments were clean, spacious and well equipped. The only downside was the breakfast. It had little choice and sometimes ran out of supplies and crockery. However there is a well stocked supermarket just around the corner where you can buy all you need to make breakfast in your appartment. The location is also very close to the metro station which is a quick and efficient way of getting around.

We stayed four nights in July. The bedrooms are a bit small and so there is not enough closet/drawer space. Well equipped kitchen. The washer/dryer comes in really handy. Both bathrooms are very nice.
Great breakfast room and the food selection is good.
Staff is courteous, friendly & helpful.

Overall, it was excellent. We got the Royal suite as teh Hotel was full.
Two small comments:
Parking inside the Hotel is a problem - very difficult to manover.
Apartment is excellent but there was no good view from the Balcony.

A group of 6 of us stayed in 3 different suites here for 5 days. All of us were very impressed with the hotel - luxurious rooms, comfortable, and precisely as shown in the pictures (we were in doubt the place was as nice as the photos showed, but it was). Perfect for families or groups of friends - easy to socialize between rooms and cook a nice dinner. Only minor complaint: though there are dish washers, washing machines, etc, all extras such as washing tablets are charged for, so prepare ahead and bring your own. Otherwise, a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very well presented, and it was helpful on such a busy street that as we drove up they opened the carpark roller door so we could head straight in instead of having to check in first. Check-in was straightforward although despite the luxury aspirations of the hotel we were directed (not shown) to our suite on the first floor. The suite was clean and tidy, but - as usual in continental Europe - every language is catered for on the cable TV except English (unless you count the not--very-entertaining CNN). The minibar was never restocked and the shower didn't drain properly, instead filling up slowly as you showered. The roller shutters were very effective at keeping the room dark but did little for soundproofing unfortunately. This was the major shortcoming of this hotel. We appeared to be located above the restaurant, and just one flight of stairs from the kitchen door, and could hear chairs being dragged around, cutlery boxes crashing, and general noise well after midnight. I know they eat late in Barcelona but hotels are for sleeping in. My complaints to the front desk didn't really work, and the night manager's promise to leave a note for the day manager didn't appear to be fulfilled, as the front desk was surprised when I raised the matter when checking out. However, I'm not sure that you can avoid noise problems by having a room further from the restaurant, because when the neighbouring room had visitors we could hear every word they said through the wall. Another surprise was discovering on our last day that breakfast had been included in the rate we'd been offered. It was quite a good breakfast, it's just a shame that the staff didn't feel it necessary to point it out or show us where it was served. We told them that this was standard practice, at least in the many hotels we stay in - they didn't think it was. The final surprise was being charged an extra 12 euros for parking each day. This had never been pointed out to us when booking, even when

Very good for families. We were 4 and got a room with 2 bedrooms, children and parents have there own room (one room with dedicated bathroom!). Very good address but not in the center of Barcelona though it's a tax place around and a metro station.

We were extremely impressed with the Hispanos Siete Suiza which was very elegant and beautifully furnished. Both the apartment and public areas were spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The apartment was smaller than it looked on the photograph but certainly large enough for our needs. The 'welcome' pack in the bathroom was particularly generous containing not only the usual mini bottles of shampoo etc. but also combs, toothbrushes, gents disposable razor etc....very thoughtful.
There was enough hanging space in the wardrobes but unfortunately, only 4 hangers for 2 people. However, housekeeping were happy to supply extra hangers (as well as towels and pillows) and did so within 5 minutes of asking - great service!
Barcelona is much much bigger than I imagined and the apartments are not directly in the centre but taxis are plentiful and cheap.
I have already recommeded the Hispanos Siete Suiza to several friends. Very good value.
