il residence, sia per la sua ubicazione, sia per la struttura e sia per la tranquillità ci ha soddisfatto pienamente. fa' penare invece tutto cio' che riguarda il servizio, ovvero: 7 camere una sola lavatrice un solo ferro da stiro a disposizione, un unico set di lenzuala ed asciugamani, pensate voi ai cambi di biancheria,!! chiedono una capparra in liquidi di €. 350 senza pre avvertire sul web. chi gestisce si vede solo il giorno dopo l'arrivo, quando deve deve chiedere la caparra e il giorno prima della partenza per la striscita della carta di credito.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the apartments are available at any time after 3 p.m. Please contact the residence if you plan to check-in after 7 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than noon. Entre jardin luxuriant, piscine, vue mer et la chaîne des Alpes, chaque appartement bénéficie d’une atmosphère intime à proximité des centres économiques d’Antibes et de Sophia Antipolis.

Cancellation between the 30 days and 15 day preceding the arrival = 25 % of the Net Overall Amount of the stay;  Cancellation between the fourteenth day and the eighth day preceding the arrival = 50 % of the same Net Overall Amount;  cancellation seven days to 3 days the arrival = 75 % of the same Net Overall Amount; from 2 days the day of the arrival or no show = 100 % of the same Net Overall Amount.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
