No train station serves Andilly. Several local TVO bus lines run through Andilly to the nearest train stations: Champ de courses d'Enghien, Ermont-Eaubonne, and Enghien-les-Bains, which are on the Transilien Paris – Nord suburban rail line, as well as Épinay-sur-Seine, which is on Paris RER line C.
