Good stay, nice staf and perfectly located to town centre. Rooms are wel equipped and clean, not very spacious though (but you are only sleeping there probably anyway).

This establishment is advertized as a 3 star hotel, but does not nearly live up to its expectations. Upon our arrival we were asked to pay the entire stay in advance, and we had to start a discussion about the room rate: the staff only reluctantly agreed upon giving us the internet room rate for an extra night we reserved by telephone, right after the internet reservation. Later on we understood why this policy was in place: despite the so-called "renovation", the rooms were quite old, and there was no cleaning service during our 3-day stay. Also, the staff wasn't too keen on helping us out when we ran out of soap, saying: "This is no hotel, monsieur". We have been to the south of France for a few years now, and always had a lovely stay. This time, we were willing to pay something extra for a nice hotel in the city centre. However, this stay turned out to be the worst so-called hotel experience we ever had in France.

The location is ideal (quiet yet convenient to center). The rooms are reasonable although a bit small even though we had a superior one bedroom. One major inconvenience was I ended up taking one cold miserable shower because the water heater went out and there was no one at the office to fix it as they close after a certain time. The staff try hard to please and were very helpful.
