I stayed in Guarda 4 years ago, returning from a motorcycle rally in Portugal. In May 2008 I was looking for accomodation at short notice and booked over the internet so had no previous experience of this Hotel. A little difficult to find initially, but well located close to the main road networks. The terraced properties, the size of room, the quality of the room and how quiet were all very pleasing and the staff extremely helpful. The offer of a secure basement garage overnight for the motorbike was a bonus. The modern "power shower" unit pleased my wife and I will recommend this hotel to others travelling to Portugal/Guarda.
