GUEST ROOMS

suite All comfort that you are accustomed to in this category of accommodation awaits you in our fully equipped rooms – the satellite TV, direct call telephone, WIFI internet, mini bar, etc. However, do not expect austere style and identical furniture in all rooms. The Rooms are named after roses, are of different colors and equipped with stylish furniture – from historic to modern. Paintings, flowers, decorations and various small items make you feel at home.
We offer four two-bed rooms and two one-bed rooms in the Villa Kozlovka section, while the Rose Garden Residence provides two Luxury rooms, one Suite and three Grand Suite rooms.
Extra-bed or infant-bed option is available in the two-bed rooms, and there is direct entrance from the rooms to large terraces with a view of the gardens.
In the Luxury rooms you will find a two-bed room plus a separate living room with a bed for a third person, a small kitchen, and a separate access to the terrace with a view of Prague or of the garden.
All rooms feature a bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
The Suite consists of a living room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) with a separate access to the terrace, a bedroom for two persons with the access to the large terrace with a view of the garden and of the whirlpool. The bathroom boasts a massaging bathtub and a shower bath. The suite can be shared by up to four persons; there are two extra beds available in the living room.
Three Grand Lounges are available for our most demanding guests.
Large rooms, bedroom for two to three persons, modern design, two TV sets, luxury kitchen (including hot-air oven, a dishwasher, etc.), a large living room with an LCD TV and another bed, and large terraces with a view of the gardens. Bathrooms include large massaging bathtubs for two and a massaging shower baths that will alleviate your back pain after a tough day. Grand suites are especially suitable for long term stay.

By train
The best way is to get the taxi and tell them our name. Or we can order you one. If you wanted to, after our email correspondence.

By airplane
The best way is to take a taxi and tell them our name. If you wanted to we can order you a taxi from airport to the hotel.

By public transportation
End station of metro "Dejvicka", line "A". You go by foot up and straight to the second lights. There take the right and go up to the hill. If you find an small island with a tree, there take the left and you can see our direction with our name and number 50m to finish. At the corner after 50m you can find our pension. We will waiting for your visit.

Parking is possible in our garden and it is FREE. For visiting the Prague is best way by foot or public transport, because in Prage is much more traffic jams. We are about 10 minutes from metro station. From there is the way to the centre of the city over 3 stations.
