Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the rooms no later than 11 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation we will charge 80% of the full
amount if the reservation is more than one night and if the reservation is
only one night we will charge the complete night.

You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
