Pension Avenida Parque is a nice property located in the heart of Lisbon, with a privileged access to all areas of the city.
Lisbon is a cosmopolitan city rich in history, and your sightseeing tours can't miss places such as the Mother Church, visible from every point of the city, the Quinta do Conventinho Convent, the Mafra National Hunting Reserve Park, the Municipal Gardens or the City Museum.

The hotel has seen much better days. My room needed maintenance badly. I had trouble with getting hot water, and my phone did not work, but did get fixed eventually. Some, not all, of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The quality of the breakfast can be improved with a little effort. For example, the coffee was so bad that we had go to a nearby cafe on the second day. The hotel is in a good location, and has the potential of becoming an excellent hotel if the management pays more attention to the upkeep and appearance of the hotel.

Very nice hotel: clean,quiet,modern and with a big self-service breakfast.Very close to tube (Parque or Marque de Pombal) and bus stop for the city centre: just 6 min far from the main sites. Staff: kind and firendly. A very very goog experience in this hotel!
